this is the front mount intercooler setup i had on my car when it was supercharged, it aint pretty but it did the job sweet.
its a supra cooler with stainless steel mandrel bent tig welded piping. i got the pipe in bends, cut it up and took it to a welder who welded it for me. i made the brackets myself which are dodgy as anything but held up for the time i had it on the car which was over a year. the setup can be installed without removing the bonnet, thats how i installed it, all you need to do is trim abit of the headlight bracket, and the bonnet latch bracket and cut holes for the pipes (obviously). also you might wanna cut a BIT of the bonnet skeleton out a bit, you dont have to but it will rub if you dont or you could raise the rear of the bonnet for that sick dorifto look 
id like to get $300 for the lot, it cost me a lot more than that and it wasnt used for long. im located in campbelltown SW sydney if anyones interested.
