What Video Conferencing Equipment does your work use?

Hello All,
I'm trying to find out information on Video Conferencing equipment but it's very hard to try and find the material to compare and see what does industry use. Currently I'm doing a Uni assignment and want to guage what types of software/equipment is used.
I know an organisation that went out and got Polycom VSX 7000 for their conferencing, what do other organisations use? NetMeeting can be used but it has poor visual display compared to the vsx 7000.
Just the equipment/software name would be greatly apprechiated.
