1UZFE - Celsior service

I know I have asked this before but I searched and searched and could not find it, so here goes.
For the 1UZFE in the Celsior-
1. what spark plugs are recommended? (I know I can google it or look in the book under LS400, but I want first hand opinions)
2. What oil should I go for
3. Oil filter? any particular brand?
4. Ignition Leads, will a set send me bankrupt?
5. Toyota red coolant? yes 
6. Air filter any particualr one?
And feel free to let me know if there is anything I need to look out for. I have only just got the car on the road and up until now I have been broke, due to a new arrival in the family
