Want to Supercharge your 4A? ZE plumbing bits and oddities Tue, 29 November 2005 13:48 Go to previous message
OK, I am clearing out a bunch of the crap in the shed. Much of it free, or else at very good prices. But please take note that my time is more important to me than money, so please don't waste it. And if you want things shipped then please ask nicely and make it worth my while.

--------------------------------
EDIT - just realised I have all parts off the inlet side of an AE92 ZE. Intake pipe, throttle with TPS and ISCV, SC inlet, SC, SC outlet (RWD modified), IC, and inlet manifold. Will bolt up to any smallport 4A. Only missing the lower SC mount. If you want the entire setup then make me an offer around $400.
--------------------------------

Stock 4AGZE intercooler. It's taken a bump and is slightly bent, though still works fine. $100

Brackets and some pipework to front mount it in an AE86 are included. All brackets use existing holes in the body. Pipework is setup to be as short as possible and so runs beside the radiator. This requires a narrow radiator (eg Gemini) to be used. The setup is similar to that shown below (note the IC for sale is NOT the IC shown in the picture, but it mounts almost identically)

Smallport ZE inlet manifold including MAP takeoff point and air temp sensor (no plug though) $20

Exhaust manifold spacer for any 4AG. 25mm thick. Great if your extractors foul your Oz-spec clutch slave. Just make some long head studs from all-thread and run a pair of exhaust gaskets. $20.
Note that materials alone would be more than this, let alone the hours of machining it took. Should I mention CNC machined from billet and can be anodised?

Also a stock GZ20 clutch plate which is not worthy of a photo. FREE

Look to the left and see that all parts are in Melbourne. Post or PM if you are interested.
