SW20 conversion-Accelerator Cables Sat, 10 December 2005 02:28
I have just finished my Turbo Conversion, but have a problem with the accelerator cable being too short.
Did anyone who has done a conversion have to change their accelerator cable?

I had another one laying around(which i thought was off a turbo) but when i connected it all up i still have the same problem.

It seems the metal cable itself is long enough and fine, however the adjustment nuts and end of the plastic surround is too long.

Any suggestions?
