Real Power Figures 1JZ-GTE?

Please help.
Does anyone have the numbers?
Matti and Helene's pages are a bit sketchy, and ZOOM's figures vary from article to article.
1992 1JZGTE Twin Turbo, and
1999 1JZGTE Single Turbo VVTi.
I would be interested to know the Kw and Torque figures for both of these engines, if anyone can give definitive figures.
I am sick of guestimates!

factory, they are rated at 206/208kW @6300rpm,and 363 Nm of torque.I personally believe that this is accurate, whereas the Skyline GTR and Mk4 Supra are understated. On one dyno here, the 1JZ pulls 160rear wheel kW,the 2JZ Supra and GTR pull 180rwkW standard.
The VVTi models are more unknown, however,I can confirm that craig Dean's soarer, with exhaust and intake and intercooler uprades plus 16psi boost pulled 220rwkW and his new Supra VVTi pulled 230rwkW with NO MODS!

My stock 1JZ-GTE dyno run landed me a 140kW at the rear wheels. No mods whatsoever, ~30C temperature day.
From what I have read, and pretty much believe, the following are the specs on the 1JZ-GTE variants:
Non-VVTi (pre 1996)
208kW / 363Nm (268lb-ft) @ 4400RPM
VVTi (1996+)
208kW / 373Nm (275lb-ft) @ 2400RPM
I would LOVE the VVTi version.... all that torque at 2000RPM lower than the twin turbo version !

Twin Turbo 1JZ-GTE, 208Kw, 363Nm, @4400rpm not bad at all.
VVTi Single Turbo 1JZ-GTE, 208 Kw, and 373Nm,@2400rpm sounds like the BIZ.
Thanks for the input guys,
Regards Chuck
BTW anyone know what the 1JZ-GTE single turbo is?, as the one I inspected, simply says "TOYOTA", followed by a big empty space.
I have been told the 1999 VVTi 1JZ-GTE runs a ball bearing turbo! ant takers on this subject.

i'm not 100 percent but i think it runs a ct20 and as far as i know i think toyota produce 0 ballbearing turbo charges i had seen an import place advertise a single turbo 1J but i can't remember where either zoom or hpi....i've been told the single turbo is cool engine if your keeping stuff stocky but when you want to go nuts it becomes a bit of a pain in the but because of the vvti, again i don't to much about this machine and the last comment i in regaurds to aftermarket engine management

I have been to a jap website that showed the 1JZ single turbo as a CT15B and gave measurements of compressor wheel as 46mm/65mm,and ceramic turbine wheel as 48mm/60mm.However,I have also seen it stated that this turbo is a CT20(A or B or something).Coincidence or not, those wheel measurements correspond exactly with a CT26 compressor wheel, and a CT12B(twin turbo MK4 Supra) exhaust turbine wheel.
A class turbo at stock boost levels, but apparently at least two have failed in Australia at 1 bar boost.

Yeah i have 2 mates that have transplanted them into there cars
In a VL and the other in a cortina
And my mate with the cortina has his running 14.ps1 and he only getting 194hpr on dyno. Im not sure if thats 194 total or at thw wheels but i assume so.
so if that true then you could expect 194-200kw at the Flywheel.
see if this is any help or
talk to deesonet
or vl1jzgte? i think he calls him self now
later

MX83Toy,The 1JZ-GTE turbo is physically bigger than a CT20, I have held them both in my grubby little paws!.
Billy_bong_y2k,194Kw would have to be @wheels, probably with decent exhaust and intake mods, as stock engine appears to be to be min 208Kw @ flywheel.
Anyone got specs for a 1999 Chaser?

BlakeNZ,
you say that craig Deans MK4Supra gets 230rwkw and its completely stock. They came with something like 233kw standard at the flywheel??? Was that meant to be 203rwkw?
Maybe someone has been playing with the ramp rate on the dyno?

Ben Ellis "Zoom" issue 19, says the IJZ-GTE VVTi post 1996 came with a "newer version of the CT26".
